Thank you for your interest in being a sponsor of the North American Dealer Conference. To review the various sponsor levels click the download sponsor form to review and submit your sponsorship.

We have limited space for booth tables so it will be first come first serve with both Gold and Platinum sponsorship levels. These are the only levels that offer booth space to provide a more exclusive experience.

SPECIAL NOTES

Booths are a 6 foot table with table cloth and skirting. Electricity not provided or guaranteed. Electrical outlet may be available close to table depending on its location. Space around your table is limited so please do not bring additional items outside of promotional banner or items that can fit in your 6 foot area. WIFI will be provided for those that are attending the conference.
You table will be labeled with your company name. Please do not move labels or change tables.
Shipping and handling fees will be billed by the hotel. Details coming soon!

Booths are to remain up until 5pm on Wednesday November 19th. **If the sponsor wishes to leave or breakdown early, they must remain open until the beginning of the last speaking session, and then break down before the end of the last speaking session.
